Connecting HiBob and TIDY is simple. You have two different options: using your HiBob API Key or ID and User Token. Please see the steps below:

  1. On your HiBob account, go to  Settings -> Integrations.
  2. Select Automation
  3. Click the Service Users thumbnail.
  4. Enter a name and a display name.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Copy the ID and Token fields and paste below.
  7. Ensure the Service User has the necessary permissions outlined here.
  8. Now, on your TIDY account, search for Integrations on the left menu bar
  9. Click Add Integration and search for HiBob
  10. Paste the information on the correct fields and click continue

If you want to use your API Key, here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Hibob
  2. Click your avatar in the upper right
  3. Select API Access in the dropdown
  4. Copy and add the Access token below
  5. Select all Approved scopes boxes and save
  6. Now, on your TIDY account, search for Integrations on the left menu bar
  7. Click Add Integration and search for HiBob
  8. Paste the information on the correct fields and click continue

Done -- now TIDY will pull your employee information from HiBob, which will allow you to manage cleanings as a benefit from your dashboard, without having to input any information manually.

Done -- now TIDY will pull your employee information from HiBob, which will allow you to manage cleanings as a benefit from your dashboard, without having to input any information manually.
