1) You can receive alerts and notifications of various kinds in Slack.
2) You can set things up to communicate in Slack with your pros/vendors. We can configure this custom to your orgainzation, to allow things like:
- Shared channels per team, or group of your users, so everyone knows what is going on for a given team's activities. For example, if one group is responsible for 100 properties, you can have that group chat about those converstaions in Slack and TIDY seamlessly.
- Pros can communicate how they want on different channels. Most pros use SMS, but most teams want to use tools like Slack. TIDY allows both parties to use the tool they want, and we forward messages along.
- TIDY can remain a source of record for all these conversations, tagged on specific jobs or between specific users/pros.
