TIDY (including Tidy Services, Inc. and its affiliates) respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information of its users - property managers, service providers, collaborators and other visitors browsing the TIDY Software (“Users”) as well as affiliates, influencers and other collaborators interacting with TIDY. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the TIDY Software from the website, the mobile applications, the API, or any integration (collectively referred to as the “TIDY Software”). We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit and/or use the TIDY Software. This Policy explains our privacy practices for the TIDY Software and services provided by TIDY as well as privacy practices that apply to affiliates, influencers and other collaborators who are individuals. When you register to the TIDY Software, use it, complete forms, or use it as collaborator, and/or and/or register to our affiliate or influencer or similar program, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address. We will also ask you to provide or otherwise collect additional information that you provide us, such as, your profile details, physical address or billing information, telephone number or other contact details, financial information (such as payment method and credit card number), taxpayer information and forms, any additional information as required by applicable laws, as mutually requested by Users and Service providers, or as required to provide the TIDY Software and its related features. We also collect information about your communications with TIDY as well as communication with other users of TIDY.
We also collect information while you access, browse, view or otherwise use the TIDY Software. In other words, when you access the TIDY Software we are aware of your usage of the TIDY Software, and gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, including geo-location information, IP address, device and connection information, browser information and web-log information, and all communications recorded by Users through the TIDY Software. We use that information to enhance user experience, personalize your browsing experience as well as monitor the TIDY Software for preventing fraud and providing features to Users and Service Providers. We also collect supplemental information obtained from third parties such as demographic and navigation data, if applicable. We combine your personal information with information we collect automatically or obtain from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising and/or to prevent fraud.
Once you register, your information may be made visible to other users of the TIDY Software as needed to work on your behalf. This information includes information needed by a Service Provider to fulfill a Service Request or information needed by a User to make a Service request. Whenever possible and permitted by law, you may remove information from your profile. By default, in order to protect your privacy, TIDY shall limit the information available to other parties to that which is generally considered necessary to use the TIDY Software, make Service Requests, accept Service Requests, fulfill a Service request, or to use another feature in the software
Information provided by you - You directly provide us with most of the information we collect. You do this by filling out the registration details on the TIDY Software, adding information to your account, or tracking information using the TIDY Software. This can include information about Service Providers and their services, service requestor past history, To Do lists, ratings and feedback and anything you choose to add to your user profile.
Information we collect when you use the TIDY Software - We collect technical information indirectly and automatically through our systems. This information includes logging your Internet Protocol (IP) address, software configuration, operating system and use of cookies (cookies are small files sent from us to your computer and sometimes back). If you choose to share personal information with other users, including Service Providers providing you a service via TIDY or service requesters via TIDY, such personal information is shared with other users. While TIDY strives to protect your privacy and we require our Users to keep the information shared with them confidential, TIDY cannot ensure that all Users will do so and it is your responsibility to ensure that other users will comply with your standards.
This TIDY Software is also protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply with respect to data collected by reCAPTCHA. We take great care in maintaining the security of the TIDY Software and your information and in preventing unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or damage to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. In addition, we contractually ensure that any third party processing your personal information equally provides for confidentiality and integrity of your data in a secure way. However, the transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure, and although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the TIDY Software; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

A request for access can be made by you only twice within a 12-months period. Any disclosures that we provide will only cover the 12-months period preceding receipt of your request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable User request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will inform you of the reasons for such decision and provide you with a cost estimate before processing further your request.
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. “Personally identifiable information” includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, Social Security Number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online.
We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased or leased goods or services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by emailing concierge@tidy.com with NEVADA OPT OUT included in the subject of the email. Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.
We take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and we provide you with the opportunity to update your information through your account profile settings. In the event that you believe your information is in any way incorrect or inaccurate, please let us know immediately. We will make sure we investigate the matter and correct any inaccuracies as quickly as possible where necessary or give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it - unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we will ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. If for any reason you have a problem with deleting your personal information, please contact TIDY's Customer Support and we will make reasonable efforts to delete any such information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the TIDY Software and visiting your account profile page.
If you delete your User Generated Content (“UGC”), as defined in the TIDY Terms of Service, from the TIDY Software, copies of your UGC may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other TIDY Software users. Proper access and use of information provided on the TIDY Software, including UGC, is governed by our Terms of Service.
