  2. Provision a read only account to share with us. (you may need to grant write permissions if you want us to populate Log into to both accounts, if you haven't already done so
  3. Our team will use a combination of humans and AI to pull the necessary information to populate your account and keep them in sync. The main things we are syncing are properties and guest reservations. As these come in, we will update our systems automatically to make jobs happen the way you want with your pros or pull from our network to find new ones.


How Automatic Booking Works with the TIDY-Track Integration:

  1. When Track identifies a new check-out and check-in for your property, TIDY receives this information automatically and adds it to your "Turnovers" tab.
  2. Once the guest checks out, TIDY requests a turnover cleaning or maintenance job, following your pre-set instructions under "Automatic Booking".
  3. The professionals listed in your "My Pros" section in TIDY each have the opportunity to accept the job, in the order you previously determined.
  4. Once a professional is assigned, they receive your instructions, can view the To-Do List, and can communicate with you through the Track platform.
  5. That's it! Your property is ready for the next guest, with minimal input required from you or your team.
