TIDY connects with two UKG suites: UKG Pro and UKG Ready. The steps differ depending on each one you're using, please see below.

TIDY <> UKG Ready

Find your UKG Subdomain -- if you are unsure how to retrieve it, please contact us and we'll walk you through the process. Then head to TIDY:

1. Click on Integrations on the left menu bar
2. Click on Add Integration
3. Search for UKG Ready
4. Paste your UKG Ready information into the correct fields
5. Done! Integration will begin and your UKG Ready information will be synced with TIDY.

TIDY <> UKG Pro

Find your UKG Pro API Key:

1. Sign in to UKG Pro as the system administrator
2. Open the search bar and enter Service Account Administration
3. Copy the Customer API Key

Then, on TIDY:

1. Click on Integrations on the left menu bar
2. Click on Add Integration
3. Search for UKG Pro
4. Paste your UKG Pro information into the correct fields
5. Done! Integration will begin and your UKG Pro information will be synced with TIDY.
