Efficient, hardworking, and pleasant
Pietro arrives on time and does very thorough work. She is very pleasant and completes tasks without hesitation. The language barrier caused some confusion on her part during this last visit because she misunderstood what I asked her to do, but with help from the translator on her phone, we were able to get it clarified and she completed the task correctly. I encouraged her to always ask and use the translator if she is unsure. Overall, I was pleased with her work and would hire her again.
